You now have more control over how complimentary usage credits are delivered to your SaaS clients.
What’s New
You can now choose to:
- Credit usage immediately when a user signs up (current behavior), or
- Credit usage only after the trial period ends (new option)
This applies to:
- One-time complimentary credits
- Monthly recurring credits
- Optional rollover credits
Why This Matters
- Protects your credits during trials — trial users can’t consume paid features without converting.
- Keeps credits aligned with billing — users receive credits on the same cadence as billing, making their experience more predictable.
- Cleaner financial management — recurring credits now match the actual subscription cycle.
Where to Find It
Go to:
SaaS Configurator → Edit Plan → Trial & Credits → “Add credits after trial period ends.”
